Owing to staff reductions, the David Lubin Memorial Library is no longer handling procurement of non-library books and subscriptions where this can be handled directly by the Division (See AFSP Guidelines on Low Value Orders).

The library does procure print and electronic publications on behalf of Divisions if these publications are provided for the library collection (print items are provided to the purchasing Division on a long-term loan). The library also procures publications that cost more than the authorised limit for a Low Value Order ($4000).
